Projects and portfolios not awarded a gallery opportunity are available for pick-up immediately at the conclusion of the Awards Ceremony, unless other plans have been made with the Executive Director. Please sign your project(s) out with a Fair volunteer.
Projects that are not moving on to a gallery display that are NOT picked up by Monday, March 31 at 5 p.m. will be auctioned at a Fair fundraising event. Exceptions will only be made if prior contact is made with the Executive Director. Projects may also be donated to the Fair to aid in fundraising. We strongly encourage feedback and would love to hear from you. We are going through a lot of changes lately and we want to ensure we meet the needs of our community.
We typically open registration as early as October, so please check back later. We’re working hard to take your feedback and build a bigger and better Art and Science fair. We look forward to seeing you there!
